Here are a few books, podcasts, and other resources that we have found helpful. We hope that these resources will help you to grow in your walk with Christ becoming more deeply rooted in the gospel day by day!

The Walk is a book for new and renewed followers of Jesus. In it, the author Stephen Smallman lays out the basics of the Christian Life. If you are exploring what it means to follow Jesus, or if you have been walking with Jesus for sometime this book will be a great encouragement to you!

How can you help others to follow Jesus? This guide lays out a simple way for you and others to begin reading scripture and growing together. Several people in our church use the principles in this guide to get together weekly read Scripture, pray, and encourage one another in their walk with Christ. Read this guide and start your own group or join an existing group.

A perfect portable Scripture reading tool, the ESV mobile app offers numerous study and audio features. You can use it to develop a habit of spending time in God's Word with carefully crafted Bible reading plans. With varying lengths, topics, and styles, multiple reading plan options make it easy to choose one that fits you.

The Bible Recap (TBR) follows a chronological Bible reading plan and is a short daily recap by creator and host, Tara-Leigh Cobble. She’ll highlight and summarize that day’s Bible reading in a casual, easy to understand way. It comes in several forms—book, podcast, or video. Each day’s Bible reading is about 12 minutes long and each recap is about 8 minutes long (or 2 pages in the book).

The New City Catechism is a modern-day resource aimed at helping children and adults alike learn the core doctrines of the Christian faith via 52 questions and answers. This is a great resource to help parents disciple their children at home, but it is also helpful for anyone who wants to grow deeper in their faith.
